Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 rolls for baking
  • 300 g Mett (ham)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, bake the rolls according to the package instructions at 200°C to 225°C – but only for half the specified baking time. Remove from the oven and let cool. Fry the minced ham, diced ham, and very finely chopped onion until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and Maggi and let cool. Clean the spring onions and slice into rings. Clean the bell pepper and cut into very fine cubes. Mix with the sour cream, garlic, and a little grated cheese. Mix the cooled minced meat mixture with the sour cream mixture and refrigerate. Halve the rolls and press down the soft insides (do not remove) to create a hollow. Fill the rolls with the minced meat and sour cream mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for about 5 minutes in the still preheated oven.
