Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of basil
  • 50 g cheese (Pecorino), grated
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 15 tbsp olive oil
  • 185 g butter, melted
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Basil pesto in stock

Puree all ingredients, divide into portions, and freeze. Keeps for 5 to 6 months. Heat and stir well before each use.
