Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lime(s), untreated
  • 1 shot of syrup (elderflower syrup), available at IKEA
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • Ice, crushed
  • Prosecco

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For those who find Caipirinha too limey

Mash 1 quartered lime with elderflower syrup in a highball glass, lightly crush 2 sprigs of fresh mint in the glass, add ice (crush ice cubes with a meat tenderizer in a towel), and top with Prosecco. Then put on a new Amaral CD (at least volume 5) and gently swirl your hips while drinking.
