Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 packs of smoked salmon (200 g each)
- 6 small gherkins
- 6 egg(s), hard-boiled, peeled
- 100 ml tartar sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- n. B. cucumber juice
- n. B. Pfeffer
- e.g. dill or chives

goes very well on a cold buffet
Cut the salmon, cucumber, and eggs into small cubes. Stir in the remoulade sauce. Combine the vinegar and cucumber juice and add (a little more or less cucumber juice depending on the desired consistency). Season with pepper and mix everything thoroughly. Let the salad sit for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill or chives before serving.
