Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 11 eggs, hard-boiled
- 4 can/n tuna of 150 g drained weight
- 1 jar Greek style pepper (preserved in white wine vinegar, 130 g drained weight)
- 2 large bell peppers, green
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 can corn (285 g drained weight)
- 500 ml salad cream (Miracel Whip)
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder

Chop the eggs, bell peppers, chili peppers, and onions. Drain most of the juice from the tuna and corn. Mix all ingredients with the salad dressing and seasonings.
