The perfect stew of south recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Potato
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 250 g Onions
  • 250 g Paprika – various colors
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 6 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Chopped basil
  1. Wash, peel and cut the vegetables. Then layer in a saucepan in the order shown.
  2. Season each layer with salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic. Pour olive oil and broth over them.
  3. Close the pot with the lid and cook over a moderate heat for about 30 minutes. Serve with chopped basil
  4. 4th tip: goes well with briefly roasted meat, thinly breaded schnitzel, or simply as a main course for vegetarians.
  5. I got a piece of chicken fillet with it.
