Stew of South
The perfect stew of south recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Potato
- 250 g Carrots
- 250 g Onions
- 250 g Paprika – various colors
- 250 g Tomatoes
- 6 Pc. Garlic cloves
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Chopped basil
- Wash, peel and cut the vegetables. Then layer in a saucepan in the order shown.
- Season each layer with salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic. Pour olive oil and broth over them.
- Close the pot with the lid and cook over a moderate heat for about 30 minutes. Serve with chopped basil
- 4th tip: goes well with briefly roasted meat, thinly breaded schnitzel, or simply as a main course for vegetarians.
- I got a piece of chicken fillet with it.
