Stew: Spicy Vegetable Stew
The perfect stew: spicy vegetable stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The basic vegetable:
- 1 handful Green beans
- 2 size Carrots, cut into fine sticks
- 1 medium sized Potato, cut into fine sticks
- 0,25 medium sized Zucchini, cut into fine sticks
- 0,5 Green peppers, diced
The basic spices:
- Clear vegetable broth, powdered
- Light Japanese Soy Sauce
- Thai chili sauce extra hot
- Cajun mix
- 0,5 l Water
- Heat the water in a small saucepan and cook the vegetables in it. I do this in my energy-saving saucepan. I put it in the styrofoam container after 10 minutes of cooking. Before that, I season everything heartily and spicy. Then I let it “cook” in the container for another 10 minutes. The vegetable stew is 100% basic, vegetarian and almost fat-free. Tastes good and is very straightforward. Have fun with my basic single kitchen!
