Stew: Vegetable and Vinegar Saucepan

- 40 g Onion
- 1 g Clove of garlic
- 200 g Peeled waxy potatoes
- 400 ml Chopped tomato preserve
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
liquids
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 50 ml Orange vinegar with champagne
spices
- 0,5 tbsp Colorful pepper
- 1 tbsp Spaghetti-Spice from Herrmann-Gewürzen
- 0,5 tsp Flor de Sal
- Dried celery leaves
- Peppermint leaves
- Dried sorrel
preparation
- Peel and chop the onion and garlic … Wash, peel and roughly dice the potatoes
Cook
- Fry the onion, garlic and potato pieces in oil for about 5 minutes … Add the vegetable stock and simmer for about 5 minutes … Add half of the tomatoes with juice, reduce and add the second half of the tomatoes with juice and simmer for about 3-4 minutes … Fold in the spices … Turn off the stove and add vinegar (serve IMMEDIATtbspY)
Serve
- Spread on deep plates or soup bowls and serve hot
