vegetables
- 30 g Onion
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Leek
- 200 g Asparagus green
- 4 piece Tomatoes pickled in oil
- 3 tbsp Pickled tomato oil
noodle
- 250 g Pasta with sausage, cooked
liquids
- 250 ml White wine dry
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
spices
- Ground white pepper
- Seasoned Salt
preparation
- Peel the onion and cut into rings … Wash the carrots, peel and cut into thin slices … Wash the leek, cut into rings … Wash the green asparagus, peel the third and cut into pieces approx. 5 cm long. .. Drain the tomatoes and roughly chop them
Cook
- Heat the oil in a pan … fry the vegetables for approx. 3 minutes … deglaze with 150 ml of wine, let it boil down (approx. 5 minutes), add 100 ml of wine and reduce to half (approx. 3 minutes) … add the noodles with sausage and warm up (approx. 5 minutes) … round off with lime juice, salt and pepper
Serve
- Place the vegetable noodle pan on a flat plate and serve hot
