Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 250 g rice
- 1 tbsp chicken broth, clear
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 can peas and carrots
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Sauté the diced onions and meat in the heated fat. Add the rice and stir until translucent. Dissolve the broth in 750 ml of hot water and add. Add the spices and let it simmer for 30 minutes over medium heat. Add the peas and carrots 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
