Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 80 g almond(s), chopped
- 90 g oat flakes
- 80 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream butter, sugar, salt, and egg until fluffy. Separately, combine the almonds, oats, flour, and baking powder and stir into the butter mixture. Place small heaping (10 g) of dough onto a baking sheet with 2 teaspoons of the dough, leaving enough space between each one. Bake in a preheated oven (190°C) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
