Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 300 ml milk, warm
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough using the dough hook of an electric hand mixer. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes, then divide it into 12 portions. At the fire pit, pull the portions into a roughly 20 cm long strand of dough and wrap it spirally around a stick. Hold the stick over the hot embers at intervals of about 20 cm for about 10 minutes.
