Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml cream
  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 500 g flour
  • possibly pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

without yeast, makes 10 stick breads

Mix cream and water with salt and flour to form a dough. Divide the dough into ten pieces and form each piece into long, thin snakes. Wrap the snakes in a spiral around wooden sticks and twist them over the embers until the bread is crispy. Variation: Add a little pizza seasoning to the dough for even better results!
