Cold soup 'Pink'

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 750 g cherries (sweet cherries)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ cup syrup (cherry syrup)
  • ½ cup almond(s), chopped
  • ½ liter kefir
  • 150 g ice cream (fruit ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

My children like it!

Pit the cherries, wash them, drain them well, and then puree them. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and cherry syrup and beat in vigorously. Add the almonds and chilled kefir and blend again. Arrange on a plate and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
