Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g brown sugar
- 120 g butter or margarine
- 250 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp clove(s), powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Flour for the work surface
- possibly grease for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with cloves and cinnamon
Knead all ingredients thoroughly and form into a long log with a little flour. Cut off small slices and form walnut-sized balls. Flatten these balls (0.5 cm) in the palm of your hand or on a work surface with a little flour. Bake on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Children shouldn’t eat too many of these, as they have a stimulating effect.
