Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunches of chives
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chive salad

The washed chives are cut into small rolls. The cream is mixed with the yogurt and seasoned with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. The chives are then folded in. This salad is served with fresh bratwurst and fried potatoes. It also works well as a dip.
