Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ jar mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Boil the eggs slightly, not too hard. Cool, peel, and slice them finely with an egg slicer. Season the mayonnaise with mustard, salt, and pepper. Fold in the eggs and finely chopped chives and refrigerate. Tastes delicious on fresh brown bread.
