Stir-fried Tofu
The perfect stir-fried tofu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Herb tofu
- 0,5 Tl Turmeric
- 1 Tl Black kala namak salt
- 1 Tl Fenugreek powder
- 0,5 Leek
- 4 Mushrooms
- 5 Cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- First squeeze out the tofu well (between 2 boards, for example) and then crumble it with your hands.
- Cut the leek into fine rings. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Quarter tomatoes.
- Slowly fry in a pan with olive oil along with the leek and mushrooms. Mix in the turmeric and fenugreek. Add tomatoes and Kala Namak at the very end and toss briefly.
