Stir-fried Tofu

The perfect stir-fried tofu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Herb tofu
  • 0,5 Tl Turmeric
  • 1 Tl Black kala namak salt
  • 1 Tl Fenugreek powder
  • 0,5 Leek
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  1. First squeeze out the tofu well (between 2 boards, for example) and then crumble it with your hands.
  2. Cut the leek into fine rings. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Quarter tomatoes.
  3. Slowly fry in a pan with olive oil along with the leek and mushrooms. Mix in the turmeric and fenugreek. Add tomatoes and Kala Namak at the very end and toss briefly.
