Stir-fried vegetables from the wok

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 225 g Chinese cabbage
  • 125 g corn
  • 125 g broccoli
  • 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, light (dark works too, it’s just for the eye)
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • 1 tsp oil (sesame oil) (tastes delicious without it too!)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the vegetables as evenly and finely as possible. Set aside. Heat the oil in a preheated wok. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 2 minutes. Add the salt, sugar, and broth. Cook for 1 minute, stirring. Season with soy sauce and sesame oil, if desired. This is super quick and delicious as a main course or with stir-fries.
