- 80 g Roast chicken meat with skin
- 1 tbsp Spice oil: tomato-rosemary oil from my KB
- 0,125 tsp Red chilli flakes
… agitation
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 1 tbsp Roasted onions
- Black pepper from the mill
- Seasoned Salt
- Nutmeg
Topping
- Herbs of Provence
preparation
- Cut the skin of the chicken into bite-sized cubes … Put the oil and chilli flakes in a pan … Beat the eggs, whisk with the roasted onions, pepper, salt and nutmeg
Cook
- Heat the oil … add the chicken and fry gently for approx. 5 minutes … add the egg-spice mixture and let it set while stirring … approx. Fry for 3 minutes while turning
Serve
- Place the winged beater on a plate and sprinkle with herbs from Provence
TIP
- Can also be served with brunch or breakfast
