- 50 g Onion white
- 100 g King oyster mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1 piece Pretzel

- 3 piece Free range eggs
- 20 ml Coffee cream 4% fat
- Colorful pepper
- Flor de Sal
preparation
- Peel the onions and cut into rings … Wash the mushrooms, clean them and cut into thin slices … Toast the rolls and cut them into large pieces … Beat the eggs and whisk with the cream, pepper and salt
Cook
- Heat the butter in a pan … fry the onion, mushroom and chilli pieces until the mushrooms are golden brown (approx. 7 minutes) … briefly fry the pretzel roll pieces (approx. 1.5 minutes) … pepper and salt … pour the egg-cream mix over it and let it set over low heat (approx. 7 minutes)
Serve
- Slide the whole omelette out of the pan onto a flat plate and serve hot
