  • 150 g Wild garlic fresh
  • 2 St Garlic cloves chopped
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 15 g Chopped ginger
  • 35 g Roasted pine nuts in the pan
  • 50 g Parmigiano planed
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Puree all ingredients in a blender - pour into glasses - store in the refrigerator - always keep covered with oil
