Ingredients
- 150 g Wild garlic fresh
- 2 St Garlic cloves chopped
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 15 g Chopped ginger
- 35 g Roasted pine nuts in the pan
- 50 g Parmigiano planed
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients in a blender - pour into glasses - store in the refrigerator - always keep covered with oil
