Ingredients

  • 2 kg Porcini mushrooms fresh

Instructions

  • We were on vacation in Thuringia and found large amounts of cep mushrooms just on hikes. That was really fun. What do you do with it? In addition to delicious meals, I have frozen part and dried part.
  • To do this, clean the porcini mushrooms well, do not wash them! Cut into fine, thin slices and spread out on baking sheets lined with baking paper. "Pre-cook" these in the oven at 100 degrees for about 30 minutes, then dry them well for 2-3 hours at 80 degrees with the door ajar. Turn again and again.
  • Store in an airtight container.
