Store bananas correctly – this is how it works

• Put the banana in a plastic bag and seal it tightly.
• Then put the bag in the vegetable compartment of your fridge.
• Make sure the bananas are already ripe. Unripe bananas only ripen at room temperature. Place the unripe bananas in the vegetable drawer, do not overripe them.
• Tip: Don’t store apples near the bananas, as they will speed up the ripening of the bananas, causing them to darken faster.
