Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g beef
- 500 g mushrooms
- 20 g butter
- Flour
- 3 onions
- marjoram
- Garlic
- 500 ml beer (dark beer)
- 500 ml beef stock
- 2 cucumber(s) (pickles)
- 30 g tomato paste
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely dice the beef. Dice 2 onions and thinly slice 1 onion. Brown the meat in butter, season with salt and pepper. Add the diced onion, tomato paste, and mushrooms, dust with flour, and add the beef stock. Season with marjoram and garlic, and add the dark beer. Simmer in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes until soft. Toast the onion rings and arrange them on top along with the sliced cucumbers. Serve with bread dumplings.
