Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g margarine or butter
- 3 onions, finely chopped
- 250 g minced beef
- salt and pepper
- Caraway seeds
- 500 g mushrooms, ready to cook
- Parsley or chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sauté the finely chopped onions in the heated fat. Add the shredded ground beef and the finely chopped mushrooms and season lightly. Simmer for about 20 minutes, then sprinkle with the chopped herbs. Serve with boiled potatoes, fried potatoes, or just bread.
