Stracciatella cream cake with brownie base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate, variety of your choice
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 pack of cream powder (stracciatella)
  • 200 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes

very tasty and juicy

Dough: Melt the chocolate and butter with 100g of sugar in a double boiler. Stir in the egg yolks and flour. Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the remaining sugar. Fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Spread the dough onto a small baking sheet (20 x 25 cm) lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes at 140°C (284°F). Let the base cool. Cream: Prepare the stracciatella cream with the whipped cream according to the instructions. Spread onto the cooled base and smooth it down. Then chill for 1-2 hours. Tip: The flavor of the cream can be changed as desired.
