Stracciatella pancakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 ml yogurt (drinking yogurt, vanilla flavor)
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
  • 250 g fruit of your choice, fresh or from a can

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the egg with the yogurt, flour, oil, and salt to form a batter. Add the chocolate sprinkles. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Fry the pancakes in a pan over medium heat. Serve the stracciatella pancakes with the fruit.
