Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slice(s) ham, cooked
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 2 leaves of lettuce of your choice
- 1 tomato(s), sliced
- ½ onion(s), sliced
- 2 slices of cheese of your choice
- 2 gherkins, each cut twice lengthwise
- Oregano, dried
- Paprika powder, sweet
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
The way we like to eat it
Place the breads side by side on a plate and spread with a little butter. Layer the ham, pepper, lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, cheese slices, oregano, and gherkin slices evenly on the breads.
