Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll
  • 1 slice(s) cheese, thick (Emmental)
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • leaf lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut everything, except the roll, into fine cubes. Combine the mayonnaise and ketchup, add the cubes and chives, and mix well. Season with herbs, if desired. Cut the roll in half, hollow it out, cover with a washed lettuce leaf, and fill with the cheese salad.
