Strawberries with goat cheese and caramel

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 4 goat’s cheese (Picandou)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 tsp pistachios, chopped
  • 4 mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Foreplay and/or dessert? It’s quick and easy!

Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Arrange the cheese slices and strawberries on the plates. Combine the sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan. Melt gently until caramelized. Immediately zigzag the hot caramel over the strawberries and cheese in thin stripes. Sprinkle with pistachios and garnish each with a mint leaf.
