Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 pizzas (Pizza Margherita)
  • 100g salami
  • 50 g ham
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 9 olives
  • ¼ can corn
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 50 g Emmental cheese, medium-aged
  • some sambal oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Slice the bell peppers into strips and the onions into rings. Sauté them with a dash of olive oil and season with pepper, paprika, and sambal oelek. Unwrap the ready-made pizzas. Top the first pizza with salami, mozzarella, and olives. Add the sautéed bell peppers and continue with the ham, corn, and cheese. Finally, place the second pizza on top, crust facing up (upside down). Bake in the preheated oven on a preheated baking sheet at 180°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. This pizza is best served with a solid can of beer.
