Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tbsp soy quark (quark alternative)
- 2 tbsp soy milk (soy drink)
- 1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 cantuccini
- 8 m.-large strawberries
- vanilla powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Crush the cantuccini, for example, with a rolling pin in a freezer bag. Fill the crumbs into two wide dessert glasses. Mix the soy quark, 1 tablespoon of soy milk, pudding powder, vanilla sugar, sugar, and ground vanilla pod (if desired) until smooth. Stir in the remaining tablespoon of soy milk, depending on the consistency. The cream should not be too runny. Spoon the quark mixture onto the cantuccini. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut into quarters, sixths, or eighths, depending on their size. Divide between the glasses. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour. 380 kcal per serving.
