Something quick that makes an impression

Those who like sweet and salty things will love these little strawberry roses. Wash the strawberries and remove the green parts (cut them off). Now it’s best to place the fruit on the cut side. Make four cuts on the outside almost to the bottom and press the cuts slightly to the side with a knife. Turn the strawberry about 45 degrees and make another cut. Press the pieces outwards again. Turn the fruit again and make another cut in the same way. Grill/fry the bacon on the grill or in a pan until crispy. TIP: If you like, you can cut a piece of bacon and shape it into a leaf to make it look more like a rose stem. Make a small hole in the underside of the strawberry and stick it on the crispy bacon. Finally, drizzle everything with a little melted chocolate.
