- 1 banana(s)
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 200 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tsp honey

Peel and chop the banana. Place the strawberries and banana pieces in a blender and puree. Add the oatmeal, natural yogurt, and milk. Finally, stir in the honey and blend thoroughly.
