Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g strawberries, ripe and sweet
- 1 handful of fresh basil (leaves only), approx. 5g
- 1 pinch of vanilla, real, ground
- 200 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), natural
- 150 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- possibly raw cane sugar, agave syrup or white stevia powder
- 2 small strawberries, ripe and sweet
- 2 basil leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Refreshing shake with a subtle hint of basil, vegan
Wash the strawberries and remove the green parts. Wash the basil and shake dry. First, place the strawberries and basil in a blender and puree until smooth. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and blend everything into a creamy shake. If you like it sweet, you can sweeten the shake to taste. Divide the shake between two glasses and garnish with the strawberries and basil.
