Strawberry butter

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g strawberries, fresh
  • 1 tbsp honey (more if needed)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, preferably fresh
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • some black pepper (pepper mill)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove the butter from the refrigerator; it should be soft and ready to stir. Clean the strawberries and roughly puree them. Mix the butter, strawberry puree, honey, lemon juice, and a little ground black pepper together well and refrigerate. Later, spread it on the bread and garnish with strawberry slices.
