Strawberry butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, very soft
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream the very soft butter (you can microwave it briefly, but don’t let it melt) with a small whisk until creamy. Puree the strawberries with the powdered sugar and lemon juice and stir into the butter. Chill the butter and let it set. It tastes delicious with fresh rolls or baguette.
