Strawberry Cheesecake

- 150 g Butter
- 200 g Mc Vitties Digestive Biscuits
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 600 g Philadelphia
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 1 Pc. Lemon
- 1 Pc. Orange
- 500 g Strawberries
- 100 g Preserving sugar
- In a freezer bag, the biscuits are pounded into small pieces with a rolling pin. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the biscuit mixture. The resulting base for the cake is now placed in individual small death rings that do not stick to a butter-greased tray. For the cream, put the Philadelphia and the powdered sugar in a bowl and mix the whole thing with a whisk. Press the vanilla mixture out of the pod with a knife and add to the cream together with some grated lemon and orange peel and stir in. Then the double cream unbelievable. Spread the cream on the biscuit base in the molds and chill for an hour.
- Make the topping from 3/4 of the strawberries. Wash the strawberries and remove the stalk. Grind into a mass in the food processor and mix in the preserving sugar. Finally pour the strawberry mixture over the cakes and decorate with the remaining strawberries.
