Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 m.-sized strawberries
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 2 tsp raw cane sugar
- 150 ml mineral water, non-carbonated
Instructions

Blend the strawberries, add a generous splash of cold coconut milk, add two teaspoons of raw sugar, and blend until frothy. Pour into a glass, top up with mineral water, and stir. When serving the shake to guests, you can add a tiny splash of coconut milk to the thick strawberry coconut milk in the glass, then top up with the mineral water. The small amount of pure coconut milk will rise to the top with the strawberry coconut milk. Guests then stir it themselves at the table.
