Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 steak(s), preferably pork neck
- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp onion(s), finely chopped
- 6 tbsp olive oil, or germ oil
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot or cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp, levelled honey
- salt and pepper
- 1 shot of beer, take your favorite brand

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 25 minutes
This is my favorite marinade for all kinds of grilled meat! Mix the onions and garlic well. Then add the oil, mustard, oregano, paprika, honey, and a good splash of beer and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Coat the steaks well in the marinade and then return them to the marinade. Leave them in the refrigerator overnight. Grill them, brushing them occasionally with the remaining marinade. Serve with jacket potatoes and a delicious herb butter. Tip: Let the food sit at room temperature for at least an hour before grilling.
