Strawberry cream cheese cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (sponge cake, fruit base)
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 2 tbsp pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, red
  • 2 tbsp sugar or vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whip the cream with cream stiffener and sugar (or vanilla sugar) until stiff. Then stir in the cream cheese and vanilla pudding powder. Cover the cake base with a cake ring. Spread the cream on top. Hull the strawberries, halve them if desired, and spread them evenly over the cream. Finally, make a glaze according to the package instructions and pour it over the strawberries.
