Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g flour
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, caramel (chocolate substitute)
  • 130 g butter
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g chocolate, dark softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg white, made into stiff peaks
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • Jam, (rosehip)
  • some Amaretto
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter with sugar and egg yolks. Stir in the chocolate and Amaretto. Lightly fold in the flour, pudding mix, and beaten egg whites. Pipe small mounds onto a prepared baking sheet (I prefer using a cake piping bag) and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 8-10 minutes. Once cooled, sandwich two of the cakes together with jam (mixed with Amaretto until smooth) and sprinkle with icing sugar.
