Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • Ice cream, vanilla flavor or vanilla sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine flour, sugar, and butter in a bowl and knead into crumbles. Wash and hull the strawberries, then place them in a baking dish and cover with the crumbles. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce.
