Strawberry Curd

The perfect strawberry curd recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 500 g Quark
  • Sugar
  1. Wash the strawberries, clean them in quarters (hold back 3-4 strawberries to garnish), sprinkle sugar over the strawberries and let them steep until they have drawn juice.
  2. Crush the strawberries and juice with a hand blender.
  3. Mix the strawberry puree with the quark, fill into bowls and garnish with the strawberry pieces.
