Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 375 g strawberries (optionally other fruits)
- 90 g sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g mascarpone
- 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g yogurt
- ½ lemon(s), grated rind
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 125 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes
Fruity dessert
Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut 175g of the berries into pieces. Add 20g of sugar and lemon juice, and puree. Combine the mascarpone, quark, yogurt, 50g of sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Fold the strawberry puree into the cream. Transfer to a bowl. Refrigerate. Halve the remaining strawberries and sprinkle with sugar. Place on top of the cream and decorate.
