Strawberry eggnog cups

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ pkt. vanilla ice cream
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 125 ml cream
  • 8 tbsp eggnog
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Hull the strawberries, halve or quarter them, and cover with sugar to taste for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. First, place 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into ice cream bowls or champagne glasses, then add the strawberries without their juice. Spread the cream on top, then drizzle with the eggnog and strawberry-sugar juice. Serve immediately.
