Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 450 g strawberries
- 4 large red chili peppers
- 3 tbsp, heaped horseradish, freshly grated
- 5 tbsp lemon juice from salted lemons
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1 dashes fish sauce
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, light
- 300 g gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a pot and blend until smooth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. While the jam is still hot, pour it into clean jars. Tip: Pairs well with cheese.
