Strawberry-horseradish spread

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 450 g strawberries
  • 4 large red chili peppers
  • 3 tbsp, heaped horseradish, freshly grated
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice from salted lemons
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 dashes fish sauce
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, light
  • 300 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a pot and blend until smooth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. While the jam is still hot, pour it into clean jars. Tip: Pairs well with cheese.
