Strawberry ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 300 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 150 ml sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for the ice cream machine

Peel and wash the strawberries, then puree them with the milk and lemon juice. Combine the egg yolks and sugar. Whisk the cream until almost stiff peaks form. Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Now turn on the ice cream maker and pour in the mixture. The ice cream will be ready after about 45-55 minutes.
