Strawberry-mango salad with ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g strawberries
  • 300 g mango(s), very ripe
  • 2 stalks of lemon balm
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • 6 slice(s) of Parma ham (approx. 80 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries, then halve or quarter them depending on their size. Peel the mango, remove the stone, and dice the flesh. Wash and shake the lemon balm dry, pick off the leaves, and finely slice them. In a bowl, combine the lime juice with a pinch each of salt, sugar, and pepper, and whisk in the oil. Carefully fold in the strawberries, mango, and lemon balm. Arrange the salad on plates with three slices of ham each.
